My focus was on using the Decorative Tapes and a lot of the embellishments.  The products shown below were some of my choices for the projects I am showing on the blog today.

There are a variety of wooden cut-outs and shapes you can find at your local craft store.  Choose shapes and sizes that will work for your project.  The tape can be applied to larger surfaces such as a wooden frame.  You can make up a theme and decorate everything to match, i.e Birthdays, Weddings, Holidays, etc.

You will need:

Wooden shapes (up to 4" to 5" high)
Jute string
Sharp (small) scissors
Drill (For drilling holes in the wood)
Adhesives * optional

The tags shown in the photos are tied together into sets.  Each one has its own hanger.

For the Tags:

Instructions:

1.  Drill a hole in the wood, approximately 1/4".

2.  Cover the front and back of the wood with the Decorative Tape, overlapping the edges and smoothing out any wrinkles.  Make sure that the tape is smooth on both sides.  Rub down with your fingers, making sure there is a good bond to the wood.

3.  Trim all of the edges using the scissors.

4.  Hanger:  Fold a 12" piece of jute string in half.  Push the folded end through the drilled hole in the wood, making a loop.  Pull the tails through the loop and tighten.  Tie a knot in the end of the tails.

5. Embellish the tag with the Little B embellishments of your choice!

Now to decorate a frame or two!  There is one frame shown in the collage above.  Both frames are decorated with Tape and Embellishments.

I went looking for a birthday photo and all I could find was one of myself!  It is OK though, because it was a milestone birthday and besides, there were cupcakes!

I decorated the clear, 5" x 7" acrylic frame with two kinds of metallic Decorative Tape and a package of birthday embellishments shown below.

This is a very quick and easy way to decorate a frame.  Works for wedding signage, birthday signage, table markers, etc.  The sky is the limit!

That is all from me today.  Hope you got a little bit inspired and enjoy  seeing the rest of the projects.

Take time to enjoy the small blessings along the way and

Live Life with a Flourish!
